From: Neutrophils in Cystic Fibrosis Display a Distinct Gene Expression Pattern
Dosage of G-CSF, CCL17, and CXCL10 in culture supernatants of blood neutrophils. Blood neutrophils from CF patients (n = 4) and healthy individuals (n = 6) were cultured overnight in RPMI supplemented with 5% heat-inactivated normal human serum without any stimulation. The presence of spontaneously released chemokines and growth factor was assessed in the culture supernatants by specific ELISA. Values represent mean ± SEM.
