Synthetic representation of mechanisms involved in renal tissue hypoxia leading to acute and chronic renal failure after ischemia-reperfusion. Renal tissue hypoxia reflects an imbalance between oxygen supply and oxygen consumption. Renal tissue hypoxia participates to further tubular damage and acute renal failure.
