Detection of gelsolin-ubiquitin conjugates. BxPC-3 cells were exposed to lactacystin or DMSO vehicle for 12 h. Equal amounts of whole cell lysates were subjected to immunoprecipitation with anti-gelsolin antibody or nonimmune mouse IgG, followed by Western blot (WB) with anti-gelsolin antibody to detect unmodified gelsolin (A) or with anti-ubiquitin antibody to detect gelsolin-ubiquitin conjugates (B).
