Therapy of human pancreatic ductal carcinoma PANC-1 in nude mice with GLV-1h99. Both GLV-1h68 and GLV-1h99 can shrink PANC-1 tumors. The tumors treated with GLV-1h99 started to shrink 1 wk earlier than GLV-1h68-treated tumors. The values are the mean of eight samples, and the bars indicate SD. Representative of two independent experiments.
