HIV-pulsed DC-primed T cells with decreased TNF-α, IFN-γ and IL-2 secretions. Day-8 supernatants were harvested and analyzed by IL-2, TNF-α and IFN-γ using a commercial Bio-Plex™ Cytokine Luminex assay, and the results were normalized.
