Effect of RSVA314 and RSVA405 treatment on cell proliferation and cell viability (A-D) 3T3-L1 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of RSVA314 or RSVA405 during the proliferation phase (day 0–2). Undifferentiated 3T3-L1 cells on day 0 were used as control (day 0). Cell proliferation was determined using MTT assays (A). Cells were costained with SYTOX Green and Hoechst (B). Cell numbers were determined by counting Hoechst-positive nuclei (C). Cell viability was assessed by counting SYTOX Green-positive (upper panel, D) and SYTOX Green-negative cells (lower panel, D).
