Effect of RSVA314 and RSVA405 treatment on the expression of PPARγ, FAS and aP2 during adipocyte differentiation. (A) PPARγ, FAS, aP2 and actin protein levels were determined at different days of differentiation (Diff. days) in 3T3-L1 cells. (B) Protein extracts from 3T3-L1 cells treated with the indicated concentrations of RSVA314 or RSVA405 were analyzed for PPARγ, FAS, aP2 and actin protein levels on day 2 of differentiation.
