Sorafenib downregulates the levels of active B-RAF, C-RAF and ERK in CLL cells in the presence of NLCs or MSCs. CLL cells purified from frozen PBMCs were seeded on NLCs or MSCs and exposed to 10 µmol/L sorafenib or DMSO control for 24 h. CLL cells were analyzed by Western blot for the expression of the indicated proteins. Data from two representative CLL samples out of three are shown.
