Effects of ING4 overexpression on the survival pathway in SPC-A1/DTX cells. (A) Western blot detection of both procaspase-3 and cleaved caspase-3 proteins expression in stably transfected SPC-A1/DTX/control and SPC-A1/DTX/ING4 cells. Equal loading was confirmed by showing equal GAPDH levels.
