Levels of cholesterol and triglycerides analyzed by colorimetric assay kits. B) BMDMs from WT and GNMT−/− mice were treated with vehicle or TNF-α (10 ng/mL) for 24 h. After incubation, cell culture media was collected and the production of IL-6, MCP-1 and MIP-2 was evaluated by ELISA.
