Genotype score is on the basis of the risk allele count in 25 previously published myocardial infarction-associated risk variants. The expression score is on the basis of the mRNA expression levels of a set of predictive genes. Classic risk score is based on age, gender, serum LDL and smoking status. Combination is the inclusion of all parameters in a multivariate model.
