Cytokine patterns in cocultures containing T cells, DCs and Surek. After coculturing B78-D14 cells with DCs and T cells with or without 20 µg/mL Surek, cytokine levels were analyzed by using the Bioplex™ system. All groups contained B78-D14 cells. T cells, DCs and Surek were added as indicated. Supernatants were collected at d 1, 2 and 6. Means and standard deviations from three experiments are shown. (A) Th1-related cytokines GM-CSF, IL-2, IFN-γ and IL-12p70 in culture supernatants. (B) Th2 cytokines IL-4, IL-5 and IL-10 in culture supernatants.
