(A) miR-218 induced apoptosis of colon cancer cells. Cell apoptosis was examined by flow cytometry analysis of Annexin V APC and 7-AAD double staining. Region Q1 shows the necrotic cells, Q2 shows the late apoptotic cells, Q3 shows the live cells, and Q4 shows the early apoptotic cells. (B) miR-218 caused cell cycle arrest at G2 phase as demonstrated by flow cytometry
