  1. Relative dre-oprm1 expression fold-changes in embryos that were exposed to a dose of 10 µmol/L opioid peptides (Met-ENK, MEGY and β-END) for 24 and 48 hpf are shown. Data are normalized to dre-eef1a1l1. A total of 50 embryos were used for each treatment and for each time point; the experiment was performed in triplicate and repeated three times.
