ICOS-L expression on DCs is significantly higher in IL-10 KO than WT mice after Cm infection. DCs from IL-10 KO or WT mice with or without infection were isolated from spleens by using CD11c microbeads and LS MACS columns as described in Materials and Methods. DCs were stained with anti-CD11c-FITC and anti-ICOS-L-PE mAbs for 20 min on ice and analyzed by flow cytometry. (A) Representative histogram of ICOS-L expression on DCs.
