BD750-treated DC impairs allogeneic antigen-stimulated Th1 and Th17 responses in vitro. Following MLR in vitro, the frequency of Th1 and Th17 cells and Tregs was determined by flow cytometry. The levels of IL-17A and IFN-γ in the supernatants of cocultured T and DC cells were determined by ELISA.
