The expression levels of the TJ proteins ZO-1 and claudin-1 expression were significantly increased in the CoPP and CORM-2 groups compared with the BDL group; (C) HO-1, TLR4 and NF-κB p65 were notably increased in BDL group compared with the Sham; (D) caspase 3, cleaved caspase 3 and PCNA expression.
