Rspo1 is required for protection of intestinal epithelial cells against cell death challenges by Sirt6 overexpression. YAMC cells were subjected to treatment as indicated using a protocol described in Figure 4. At the end of treatment, cells were processed to measure cell viability using CellTiter-Glo assay. Results are expressed as mean ± SEM. n = 4 in each group. *, P < 0.05 versus pVector + siControl; #, P < 0.05 versus pSirt6 + siControl.
