A, B. Biodistribution and time course kinetics of (γ-32P)ATP-labeled RAGE-aptamer. Eight-week-old Balb/c-nu/nu mice received continuous intraperitoneal infusion of (γ-32P) ATP-labeled RAGE-aptamer for 7 d. Then blood, urine and several organs were obtained at the indicated time periods. (γ-32P)ATP-labeled RAGE-aptamer was detected and measured by Cherenkov counting. Results are presented as pmol per gram of each tissue. N = 4 for each group.
