Peripheral blood lymphocyte counts in TNF-LTα-deficient mice after bone marrow transplantation
Wild-type (●) or mutant (○) donor bone marrow cells (2 × 106 cells) were transferred into irradiated TNF-LTα knock-out recipient mice as in Fig. 1. Blood was collected in EDTA-coated tubes, and hemograms were determined using a Technicon HI. The results are pooled from three independent experiments and are expressed as mean ± SEM (n = 7–11 mice/group).
