The suspensions were then treated with propidium iodide and analyzed on a FACscan after dead cells were gated out in FL2. The abscissa is forward scatter; the ordinate is fluorescence intensity of the FITC label. The percentage of cells staining positive is given in the upper half in each graph.Back to article page
