Five micrograms of total RNA isolated from B. malayi adult females were electrophoresed, transferred, and hybridized to the Bm3 cDNA as a probe (1 × 107 cpm at a specific activity of 108 cpm/µg) according to the conditions previously described (16). The positions of RNA markers run in parallel are indicated at the left.
