Expression of MR mRNA in adult hippocampus
Three micrograms of RNA from hippocampus and 10 µg from whole brain were analyzed by RNAase protection as described in Materials and Methods. Protected fragments for TBP and MR, as well as molecular size markers, are indicated. Bands were quantified and normalized to loaded amount of RNA using the expression of TBP. No difference between the three genotypes was found.
