Multicystic dysplastic

  1. Matings were between homozygous parents to give uniform genotypes in each litter. Pregnant females were checked twice daily for litters to minimize the chance of missing pups that died at birth. All pups were scored for limb phenotype and for the number of kidneys by inspection under a dissecting microscope.
