Immunohistochemical analysis of the temporal neocortex of a sporadic case of AD by FCA3340 IgG-purified fraction

The temporal neocortex (sporadic AD case) was incubated with a 250-fold dilution of the IgG-purified fraction of FCA3340 and immunoreactivity was revealed by the biotin-streptavidin-peroxidase method. Arrows in A label the central dense core of mature plaques without revealing diffuse lesions as also shown in B. Magnification: A, × 100; B, × 400.
