  1. The affinity of Ara 3B3 Fab and 3B3scFv-PE38 was determined by surface plasmon resonance (BiaCore). Kass, kdiss, and KD (KD = kdiss/kass; binding at equilibrium) were calculated from the sensorgrams using the BIAevaluation software package.
