Northern blot analysis of MIF mRNA expression in colon 26 cells in response to TGF-β, PDGF, and b-FGF. Total RNA was extracted from cultured cells after 24 hr in RPMI-1640 containing 1% FBS in the presence of various doses of each growth factor.
