Reversible effects of our single cassette in Vero cells. Transfected cells were cultured in the absence (white bars) or presence (black bars) of Tc during the entire experiment or alternatively, after 24 hr of Tc treatment (*), the cells were maintained in media without Tc (shaded bars). Culture media (triplicate samples) was analyzed for hEGF production at the indicated time points. The results are means ± SD of triplicate samples (error bars are too small to see).
