(A) Cells were cultured with 1 µg/ml of LPS in the absence or presence of the drugs. Culture supernatants were collected after 20 hr and assayed for TNFα by ELISA. Results are means ± SEM of five experiments done in triplicate. (B) Results are means ± SD of three experiments done in triplicate.
