Effect of thalidomide and analog CC-1069 on LPS-induced lethality in mice
Mice were treated with one dose of thalidomide (100 mg/kg) or CC-1069 (100 mg/kg) 2 hr before the administration of LPS (7.5 mg/kg). Results are expressed as percentage of mice surviving at 48 hr after LPS administration. Results are from four independent experiments.
