c-Jun and JunB, but not c-fos, in EGFR promoter activity. MCF-7 cells were transfected with 0.1 µg EGFR pER1-luc and 1 µg of the indicated expression vectors. Luciferase activity was measured 24 hr post-transfection and is expressed relative to cells transfected with the control (empty vector). Luciferase activity was corrected for protein concentration and transfection efficiency using a RSV-β-galactosidase reporter.
