ER localization of TAP. (A and B) TAP-negative cells were stained either with an anti-calnexin antibody (red color, A) or the anti-TAP1 monoclonal antibody mAb148.3 (B). (C) TAP overexpressing cells were stained with the anti-TAP1 monoclonal antibody mAb 148.3 (green color). TAP staining is comparable to calnexin staining, suggesting that TAP1 expression is localized in the ER.
