Northern blot analysis of SPR1 induction by PMA treatment of 21MT-2 human breast tumor cells. Each lane contains 20 µg of total cellular RNA. The PMA concentration used was 100 ng/ml. The blot was hybridized with a 0.6-kb SPR1 cDNA probe. 36B4 (22) was used as an internal loading and transfer control (not shown).
