Northern blot analysis of SPR1 induction by UV irradiation of 21MT-2 human breast tumor cells. Cells were irradiated with increasing doses of short-UV light. Each lane contains 20 µg of total RNA. The blot was hybridized with a 0.6-kb SPR1 cDNA probe (top) and 36B4 (22) was used as an internal loading and transfer control (bottom).
