Purified membrane proteins from the LDC-27 affinity column binds to HK, factor XII, and thrombin. The eluate from an LDC-27 affinity column in the presence of zinc was electrophoresed on a 10% gel and transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane. After transfer, the membrane was cut into strips and probed with either biotinylated HK (lane 1), biotinylated factor XII (lane 2), biotinylated thrombin (lane 3), antibody to GPIb (lane 4), or antibody to the thrombin receptor (lane 5).
