Proteins purified from an anti-glycocalicin antibody affinity column binds to HK. The proteins eluted from an anti-glycocalicin antibody affinity column were subjected to SDS-PAGE analysis. The gel was stained with Coomassie blue (lane 1, starting platelet membrane preparation; lane 2, eluate from the anti-glycocalicin antibody column). The proteins were transferred to nitrocellulose membrane and probed with anti-GPIb antibody (lane 3) and biotinylated HK (lane 4).
