Quantitative analysis of TNF-α and iNOS mRNA levels. Graft RNA was extracted from untreated (open bars) and RDP1258-treated (stippled bars) recipients 5 days after transplantation. RNA was reverse transcribed and analyzed by quantitative PCR. Results are expressed as mean ± SD of the number of cytokine transcripts per number of HPRT transcripts.
