Glycoprotein D was detected with DL6 and GAR-G5 and tubulin was identified with GAR-G15. The nuclear membranes (B), endoplasmic reticulum (A, B, C), and plasma membranes (arrowheads A, B, C) were plainly reactive for gD-1. In the cytoplasmic compartment after 9 hr washout of BFA (C); tubulin surrounded the endoplasmic reticulum and was mixed with the glycoprotein.
