FCCP-induced cell death and the effect of Bcl-2 expression in RINm5F cells (a) and islet cells (b). Transduced (13 PFU/cell) and nontransduced cells were exposed for 24 hr to 5 µM of FCCP and cell viability was assessed by XTT assay.
