Time-course analysis of decreased cathepsin S, B, and L mRNA levels in macrophages. RAW 264.7 cells were treated in the presence or absence of LPS (30 ng/ml) for various durations. At each time point cells were collected total RNA was isolated and Northern analysis and densitization were performed as described. The relative intensity in the absence of LPS treatment for each time point (MSFM alone) is taken as control (100%).
