  1. N13 microglial cells were treated for 24 hr in MSFM in the absence or presence of the indicated concentrations of TNF-α, IL-1α, IFN-γ, GM-CSF, and IFN-α. Northern analysis was performed and intensities of specific bands were quantified by densitometry. All values were then standardized to 18S rRNA and data are presented as % relative level of mRNA in the absence of treatment.
