Activity of the purified compounds TS1, TS2, and TS3 on the yeast two-hybrid assay. 5 × 105 cells of the YRG2-ΔF (A) or YRG-2 control strain (B) were spread over a selective -His -Leu -Trp plate, supplemented with 5 mM AT. Filter-paper discs containing 5 µl of a 15 mM stock solution of each compound in DMSO was placed on each plate at the position indicated in the diagram (C). Fifteen mM CPX and DMSO were used as controls. Plates were incubated for three days at 30°C.
