Sera of VXORF-PvMSP119-HBs immunized mice recognize COS7 cell expressed PvMSP119-HBs. COS7 cells were transfected with pSV33M-* or VXORF-PvMSP119-HBs, pulse labeled and cell lysates or supernatants were immunoprecipitated with anti-HBs (lanes 1–6) or pooled sera derived from VXORF-PvMSP119-HBs-immunized mice (lanes 7–12; dilution of both sera 1: 500). HBs transfection with pSV33M-*, PvMSP119-HBs transfection with VXORF-PvMSP119-HBs, mock transfection with plasmid pVXORF1. HBs, small hepatitis B virus surface protein.
