Tyrosine-phosphorylated proteins and vinculin immunoprecipitated (Ip) with corresponding antibodies from GEC lysates before and after incubation with TNF-α (10 ng/ml) for indicated time periods. After separation of immunoprecipitates on SDS-polyacrylamide gels, proteins were transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane and immunoblotted with monoclonal anti-vinculin antibody.
