Immunoreactivity of CML antibodies for CML protein and structurally related compounds. CML antibody was obtained by 4-week (A, B), 8-week (C, D), and 12-week (E, F) incubation of AGE-RSA. The immunoreactivity of CML antibodies with BSA (×), glycated HSA (), CML-BSA (), CML-RSA (□), and free CML () was determined by competitive ELISA (A, C, E), as described in Materials and Methods. Immunoreactivity of CML antibodies with lysine (), CML (), and sarcosin (▲) was also determined by competitive ELISA (B, D, F).
