In the list of the 20 transcripts displaying the largest decrease in expression (Table 1) in a profile with 30000 tags, 3 tags have to be exchanged (AAACCAGAGG, ACTTTTTCAA, TTAAATCCCA are excluded and ACTTCCTTCC [ionotropic ATP receptor], GACTTTTCTG [oct-binding factor], and CCTCCTTCCT [IgM and IgD heavy chain genes] are included).
In the paragraph “Identification of downregulated transcripts in L1236” on p 89, the correct numbers “…of G-protein signaling 13, a negative regulator of G-protein signaling that is 17-fold downregulated…,” “…regulator of G-protein signaling 5 (16-fold)…,” and “…namely rho GDP dissociation inhibitor (GDI)α (3-fold) and rho(GDI)β (7-fold).”
The authors regret the error.
