Kinetics of MBP promoter activation and GFP expression in oligodendroglioma cells. HOG cells were transfected with the inducible expression construct pTetra-MBP-GFP and positive control CMV-GFP, a noninducible construct separately. The transfected cells were exposed to 10 µg/ml of DOX and observed at several time points after transfection or relative to the time of DOX induction.
