Sera from mice (n = 4) were pre-adsorbed overnight to protein G sepharose to remove blocking IgG before the measurement of total IgE and γ-GT-specific IgE by ELISA as described in Materials and Methods. Values are expressed as geometric mean ± SD, γ-GT-challenged mice, γ-GT/AL, or saline-challenged. * p = 0.021 significantly different values between γ-GT, and p = 0.034 between γ-GT/AL and control group (CL), respectively.
