Sections A and E were stained with Red Sirius F3B to visualize eosinophils, clearly visible as red spots in panel E. The airways epithelium was enlarged compared to vehicle-sensitized mice, which did not show any histological changes (B). Sections B, C, D, and F were stained with hematoxylin.
