AEG-1 reduced chemosensitivity of Hut-78 cells in hypoxia. Hut-78 cells were cultured with different doses of ADM under normoxia or hypoxia for 24 h. Cell viability was detected by MTT assay (a, p < 0.05), and cell apoptosis was detected by Annexin-V FITC/PI double staining assay (b, p < 0.05).
